President & CEO, Angie Lienert, founded IntelliGenesis in 2007 under the guiding principle of creating the kind of company that she had always hoped to work for herself. From the start, we wanted to create an environment that provides employees with both professional AND personal satisfaction and growth, while supporting our mission to enhance the Intelligence Community’s ability to keep our soldiers safe. Yes, we perform blanket services like Intelligence Analysis, Mission Application Development, and Machine Learning, but our backgrounds in mission operations give us a better understanding than most companies—since we were once the end users!

Annual Information Technology Budget
In an effort to empower our employees to explore new technologies, stay abreast of current trends, and have materials necessary to provide our customers the highest level of service, we have initiated the Individual Technology Bonus (ITB) program. This provides employees the opportunity to purchase the technologies during the course of the year and request reimbursement for those costs at year-end.
